Dr. Joshua Fryman, Intel Fellow and director of the Extreme Scale Computing group in the Intel Corp CTO office, has been the key architect of several government funded projects including DoE FastForward, FastForward-2, and XStack, as well as the DARPA programs UHPC, HIVE, SDH, and GAPS. Dr. Fryman has successfully explored fundamental core, network, memory, packaging, board design, and software technologies addressing major bottlenecks in large-scale future system designs. Dr. Fryman has over 27 patents granted or pending, and has over 16 public peer-reviewed publications.
