Siddharth Rajan is Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering at The Ohio State University. He completed his graduate studies at the University of California Santa Barbara and joined the Ohio State faculty in 2008. His research interests include nanoscale semiconductor devices and physics, ultrawide-bandgap semiconductors, molecular beam epitaxy, Ultrawide-Bandgap and new applications of III- nitride semiconductors.
